Methods to submit your entry fee/donation

1. Send a check in the mail
Send your check made payable to "Sojourner Recovery Services" to:

2. Donate Online
 It is preferred that you pay online or send in a check to minimize the registration on Friday morning, but you are welcome to pay that day if you prefer. 
 (You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method.)

   

Entry fee is $25.00 per person and it includes a full day of Ultimate, fruit, water, bagels, dinner and a bag.  
   

If you would like to give more than $25 or can't make the tournament, but want to make a donation anyway, please use this link and enter in the amount of your donation.
